Had a Blackhead Extraction Facial. It was effective. Esthetician was professional. Booking online was easy. Left feeling clean.
Great experience, very thorough
I booked a Customized Facial last month and was impressed. The online booking system was straightforward and I got a confirmation email right away. When I arrived, the reception was welcoming. My esthetician listened to my concerns about dry patches and some congestion on my T-zone, and she tailored the treatment perfectly, including some manual extractions and a hydrating mask. The facial massage was a highlight, very relaxing. My skin looked brighter and felt much softer for days after. They also suggested a couple of professional skincare products but weren't pushy about sales. Overall, a really positive and effective treatment.
Effective but small waiting area
I went in for an Acne Treatment Facial. The treatment itself was quite good; my skin definitely showed improvement, less redness and fewer breakouts after a couple of days. The esthetician was knowledgeable and gave good advice. Booking was simple through their website. My one small gripe is the waiting area. It's a bit cramped and not super comfortable if you arrive a few minutes early. Otherwise, the service quality and results were worth it. I'd consider going back for another session.

I got the Deep Cleansing Facial last week and it was really nice. My skin felt so much better afterwards, super smooth. The place was cute and the person who did my facial was friendly. Didn't have any trouble booking online, which is always a plus. Definitely wanna go back for another one.
